Quarterly Maintenance


Let's face it.  Servers and other critical components of your networks have a relatively short life span before they need to be replaced.  When a server or other network component is not periodically checked for disk utlization, memory utilization, battery backup protection, security and patch warnings, etc., you are inviting total system failure and downtime into your front door.

When you would like to assure that your IT assets are safe or prolong their life expectancy, Cooperative Systems gives you two options.  Continual monitoring and proactive support are available for customers that want the maximum anout of system availability for their dollar.  Support programs such as NOAH and remote backup with CDP offer this level of service.

But for customers needing only periodic checkups and assurance that critical components look OK, our Quarlerly Maintenance program is a very good way to meet this requirement.  Our office will coordinate a convenient time for a technician to visit or remotely connect to your servers and check up on system alerts, disk capacity, UPS, backup systems and anti-virus software.  A report is sent back to our offices for our knowledge and if needed, recommendations are discussed with you.

In the five years we've been implementing this service for our support contract customers, we have cut down on emergency outages by about fifty percent (50%). 

Quarterly Maintenance is available to all 2K, 3K, and NOAH support customers and included in their respective agreements.
