Support for project or fixed budget needs
If you have a specific need for integration services to perform a task, complete a project, or you are working with a fixed budget dollar amount for support each year, the block time contracts we offer are a great fit for your needs.
Under the terms of the contract, Cooperative Systems, LLC agrees to provide 24 hour per day, 7 days per week support to our customers in exchange for a minimum $2,500 annual commitment. Discounts are illustrated in the chart below. The customer shall designate one individual and one backup individual as the Cooperative Systems, LLC contact or liaison. This individual (and backup) will coordinate all the activities with Cooperative Systems, LLC staff.
This contract does NOT provide for guaranteed response times. We recommend a 2K/3K or NOAH support plan if this is desired. This contract is oriented toward the customer that wants to periodically utilize the services Cooperative Systems provides for technical support, upgrades, system installations and special projects.
All Block Time Contract customers will receive a discount from our current hourly service rates according to the following schedule:

All billing activity will be logged in 15-minute intervals. Travel is billed one way. Statements will be provided monthly indicating work performed and remaining balance. This contract will devalue 50% on the outstanding balance after the first year on the anniversary date and 100% after the second year. The quoted rate is available Monday through Friday (8am–5pm), except for holidays. After hours, the rate will be billed at time + ½. Weekends and holidays will be billed at two times the quoted rate.
