In 2006, we worked diligently to create new workspace for a help desk for some of our larger clients. For 2007 and beyond, we intend to open up this capability to all of our clients, starting with those clients on the NOAH managed services plan.

Our help desk was designed to provide one number to call for all IT support, including independent software and hardware vendors that a particular client may rely upon for support. For example, we can setup our phone system and a custom web site to allow for a single support number and customized support web site for all of your IT support needs, even if you do not use Cooperative Systems for actual support.
