During office renovations, relocations, expansions or changes in personnel, our technicians can move, reinstall, add or change parts of your phone system to better meet your needs.  Because of the portability of IP phones versus traditional PBX systems, we can save time and money by performing many of these activities remotely.  If you need to add phones, jacks or make any changes in your programming, we can help you at a very reasonable cost.

Telecom and Internet Services

We can help set up your local, long distance and 800 toll free services as well as Internet service.  We have established relationships with all of the major carriers and because we are not registered agents with any particular carrier (we are strictly referral partners), we are always looking for the best fit for our customers in terms of price and service.   If you have any doubts concerning your current service provider, Cooperative Systems will evaluate your service and recommend solutions based on our knowledge and experience with up to 11 carriers. We can help you save money and improve your service by doing the comparison shopping for you!


Programming 

We can reprogram your entire phone system if you need to make major changes.  We can setup Auto Attendant, Voice Mail, Professional Voice Recordings, Dial Plans, Caller ID, and Microsoft CRM integration.  Because of our ability to make changes remotely, your staff will not be affected by downtime and we will be able to make requested modifications faster.

Training
 
As part of every installation, we incorporate our custom training methodologies.  We can train your entire staff on the features of your phone system.  We can also provide training on the web management features of your particular Cisco IP telephone.  Our training is conducted immediately after the system is installed so you can apply the knowledge immediately with no loss in productivity.  A follow up training session is performed to make sure all relevant features and capabilities are understood by your staff.

Financing/Leasing

All of your phone equipment, wiring, computer network, installation, and even furniture can be financed or leased.  A fair market value lease can be less money than paying cash for profitable companies who pay taxes. We offer many monthly payment options for you to make it easy for you to "pay as you go" so you can have cash for other priorities. We offer $1.00 buyout leases and fair market value leases for 9, 13, 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 months.

Maintenance Plans 

We offer excellent service contract options for your Cisco IP based phone system.  These contracts can cover your equipment, telecom, Internet service, and ongoing labor costs.  You have the option of maintenance provided by Cooperative Systems or any of our strategic partners.
