Museum gets extreme makeover

Need:
Finishing off a six year development plan to renovate and expand, the New Britain Museum of American Art needed a technology partner to help realize its vision.
Solution Summary:
Worked with museum staff in partnership to provide and execute a technology plan consistent with the museums's modern vision.

A renowned museum had a major initiative to expand its facilities into a state-of-the-art building and needed a technology partner to guide them from the early stages of budgeting and technology planning through acquisition, implementation, moving, training and ongoing support.

Our principals and engineers guided the museum through changes, worked with the building construction managers and provided new wireless and point-of-sale hardware for the museum shop, ticketing and art galleries. We worked with management to provide back end server support, remote troubleshooting and end user help desk support. The museum has never looked better and is bringing in more visitors than ever in its history.
